Gauri Lankesh was shot to death by unknown assailants outside her home in Rajarajeshwari Nagar on September 5, 2017. In her passing, many social movements have lost an ally. We lost a shining example of incredible personal courage. We meet to take her chiding seriously: lest, in our silence, her killers find their strength.
