Deccan Echoes is a documentary exploring the memories, music, identity and everyday lives of the Siddi community in Hyderabad’s AC Guards. Through the experiences of three generations, the film traces the community’s African ancestry, Hyderabadi identity, cultural traditions and the challenges of preserving heritage while navigating a rapidly changing city.
