The Internet Researchers' Conference (IRC) is an annual conference initiated by the Researchers at Work (RAW) programme at the Centre for Internet and Society to gather researchers, academic or otherwise, studying internet in/from India to congregate, share insights and tensions, and chart the ways forward.The theme for the fourth edition of the conference, to be held in February 2019, is the 'list'.
