This Workshop aims at making the attendees understand and learn why people talk the way they talk, when involved in a communication event; how to start a conversation; how to continue and how to end; and, how to use every single communication event one participates in for creating and continuing a better relationship between/among the parties involved in the given communication event. It is useful for people from all walks of life.
